The Anticancer Lifestyle Foundation

The Anticancer Lifestyle Program (ACLP) is a comprehensive online lifestyle transformation course for cancer survivors and those who seek to reduce their risk of cancer and other chronic illnesses.

Through the use of engaging videos, graphics, animation, quizzes and activities, our experts teach course participants evidence-based ways to reduce inflammation and improve the body’s natural defenses against disease. The course is designed to supplement any necessary medical treatment, and to empower participants to take an active role in their health and well-being.

The ACLP course is divided into five modules, each of which can be taken at any pace and as often as desired. Course participants will receive the tools and information they need to make lifestyle changes in these key areas. Each module has its own Toolkit of resources to further help participants create their own Anticancer lifestyle.
