Goods For Good

At G4G, our mission is to strengthen the community through collective acts of kindness AND WE ARE HIRING!

We mobilize volunteers and partner with Washington, DC area nonprofits on the frontlines in order to help meet essential needs of our most underserved and economically disadvantaged neighbors. We create and facilitate service opportunities throughout the year that address needs for youth and families who are homeless, food insecure, domestic violence survivors, migrants and others.

G4G is a young, grassroots and volunteer-powered nonprofit that turns neighbors into volunteers. We have grown substantially since our inception in 2020. To date, we have had over 1,300 volunteers who have donated their time to help with our projects; partnered with over 35 local nonprofits; donated over $267,000 in goods; and helped over 47,00 people.
