NABET-CWA Local 16 is the bargaining agent for technical workers and other employees of Disney/ABC, Inc. Our Union local endeavors to be to aid workers employed in the broadcasting, distributing, telecasting, recording, filming, and allied industries; to secure improved wages, hours, and working conditions; to promote the organization of the unorganized in these industries; to encourage all workers without regard to race, creed, age, sex, sexual orientation, color or national origin to share in the full benefits of this Union; to advance the science of broadcasting, distributing, telecasting, recording, filming and allied industries; to publicize the international importance of these industries and to advance the trade union cause both nationally and internationally.
