The Betty Kwan Chinn Homeless Foundation

The Betty Kwan Chinn Homeless Foundation is dedicated to alleviating homelessness and giving our clients the opportunity to rebuild their lives. Our mission is to honor all of humanity by providing direct responses to immediate needs and helping the homeless achieve the dignity needed to return to society as contributing members. We utilize a strengths based approach to help bridge the gap between where the client is and where they want to be. We follow three core values: every person deserves the opportunity to change their life, every person has a unique path, and every person should be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

We currently operate seven critical services: the Day Center, Betty's Village, the Family Shelter and Medical Respite, the Annex Women's Shelter, Betty's Shower's, and Betty's Blue Angel Outreach.
