St. Clair Superior Development Corporation

The mission of the St. Clair Superior Development Corporation (SCSDC) is to build a community where people live, businesses thrive, and visitors explore – by connecting people, strengthening the neighborhood, and seeking to always be accountable to the community.

St. Clair Superior Development Corporation is a non-profit community development corporation serving the St. Clair Superior neighborhood of Cleveland, just east of downtown. SCSDC’s mission is to unite people, expand opportunity, and build livable, healthy, attractive places. St. Clair Superior is home to a stable industrial corridor, a growing arts scene, and diverse community of 10,000+ residents where over 20+ languages and dialects are spoken. The neighborhood hosts several events and initiatives throughout the year with the support of SCSDC that highlight the assets of the community and support arts, culture, and entrepreneurship including Kurentovanje, Cleveland Asian Festival, Night Market, UpCycle St. Clair, and the Cleveland Flea.
