The foundation’s mission is simple; give children the tools and skills to succeed on the court and in the classroom. Through the AAU program, Team Nelson, the foundation is able develop complete basketball players. Through practices, skill development, and tournaments, we coach each athlete to maximize their potential on the court. Our primary objective is for each athlete, on our AAU teams, to be accepted to and graduate from college. Through the use of tutors, academic progress reports, and study sessions, the foundation gives each athlete the tools needed to succeed in school.
