Help Me Grow Alameda County is a system that collaborates with agencies, families, and providers across the county to help ensure children ages birth – 5 years reach their optimal development.
To achieve this, we:
- Provide FREE and confidential support in early childhood development
- Promote early identification of developmental concerns
- Help families access resources
- Build the capacity of early childhood providers
- Partner with families, agencies, and providers to build a strong network of services
