The Spencer Fellowship in Education Reporting, headquartered at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, is dedicated to supporting long-form reporting that deepens and enhances the public’s understanding of the American education system. Three fellows spend the academic year at Columbia University studying with scholars in disciplines that enrich their project, and with mentors in the Journalism School.
