Kalanjiyam was founded with the aim of supporting people and communities in their own development to bring about meaningful and sustainable changes for a better tomorrow. Kalanjiyam was founded with the vision of developing a community development model where the core guiding principle is the involvement and ownership of the community in the process of development. A main thrust of Kalanjiyam is to bring about attitude changes and along with community involvement in all the efforts.
