Washington Heights Community Services, Inc.'s mission is to promote successful aging in Washington Heights and Inwood through the programs and services it offers the well and frail elderly in the community. Founded in 1970, its goal is to enhance and empower the participants to gain control of their lives by offering a safe environ. Currently we operate a senior center with a hot luncheon program and coordinate a meals-on-wheels program with four other agencies.
