Burr Cooperative Nursery School (BCNS) is a small cooperative preschool with an emphasis on fostering the development of each individual child through play, group interactions and cooperative learning. Our mission is to empower children to feel confident in their ever-widening world. Our progressive educational philosophy embraces children's creativity, exploration, and experimentation. As a parent cooperative, we are governed by a board of directors composed of parents of current students and the school's director.
