Service Coordination, Inc. is a private, nonprofit organization providing case management services throughout the state of Maryland to individuals with disabilities, those with complex medical needs and serious mental health disorders, transitioning youth, court-involved individuals, older adults and veterans. We believe that services should be tailored to meet people’s needs. Service Coordination provides support to adults and children by connecting them with needed resources and services in their communities. With over 850 Team Members in 2 offices in 14 counties plus Baltimore City, Service Coordination serves more than 14,000 people around the state.
