Are you passionate about supporting small businesses? Join our team as a Grants Specialist and help build capacity in Entrepreneur Support Organizations (ESOs) to ensure that Washington’s smallest businesses have access to the business tools, resources and financing they need to innovate, grow and flourish!
The WSMA Grant Specialist is responsible for coordinating the development, administrative, management, reporting and closeout of WSMA grants. The Grants Specialist will ensure that WSMA’s grant-making and related processes, documents, procedures and implementation are executed efficiently, consistently, on schedule, and in a manner consistent with best practices in grantmaking.

Compensación
- Position is a combination of remote and on-site engagement based on organizational priorities with consistent in-person work conducted in Olympia, WA
- Paid sick, vacation, holidays
- Health Insurance: Competitive health insurance package, which includes medical, dental and vision and begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
- WSMA participates in a retirement program. The employee contribution will be matched up to a maximum of 3% of their annual wage.
- Professional development benefit: Staff members are allotted $350 per year for professional development.
