Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team, either as a Daytime Residential Attendant or as an Evening Residential Attendant. The ideal candidate will help us carry out our mission of turning lives around by providing support to residents in our treatment program, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being. This role is crucial in ensuring the overall health and safety of our residents, and we are looking for someone who is committed to delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional and welcoming presence at the front desk.
• Conduct periodic rounds to ensure wellness of residents.
• Gather residents when it is time for group sessions.
• Ensure daily harmony and communications between staff and residents.
• Oversee signing in and out for both visitors and residents.
• Work effectively as a member of our team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Ability to work well as a member of a team.
• Ability to compassionately serve the men in our program.
• Mobility to climb stairs, move small items, conduct roll call.
• Ability to use email, telephones, and other means of communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Baltimore, MD 21230 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Baltimore, MD 21230: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
