For 135 years, University Settlement has been an anchor in the low-income and immigrant communities where we work, offering pioneering programs in early childhood care and education, youth development, eviction prevention, literacy, theater and visual arts, senior services, and mental health. Each year, we engage over 40,000 New Yorkers through our network of 30 sites in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The role of the Mental Health Clinician is to engage children under five, their parents and caregivers as they build and maintain healthy relationships, learn to respond with love and kindness, and acquire skills and tools needed to effectively support future growth and development through a variety of developmentally appropriate treatment modalities including, Child-Parent Psychotherapy and Creative Arts Therapy.

Work Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, 35 hours a week
