    Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Adult, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, or Infectious Disease to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients' health concerns across these specialties.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with current medical practices
    • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in adult, pediatric, women's health, and infectious disease populations
    • Conduct routine health exams, prescribe medications, and create individualized treatment plans
    • Provide education to patients and families on preventative health measures
    • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
    • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach programs

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of New York
    • Active Medicaid number
    • Experience in Adult, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, or Infectious Disease care
    • Strong commitment to working with diverse and underserved populations
    • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
    • Bilingual abilities strongly preferred
