Ministry of Justice- The Trusts and Estates Department of the Office of the Administrator General

  • Acerca de

The Trusts and Estates Department of the Office of the Administrator General is a part of the Israeli Ministry of Justice. Under Israel law the Administrator General acts as the sole representative of the State of Israel in any instance when property is bequeathed to the State or to any of its institutions. Under Israeli Law, gifts and bequests are not incorporated into the State budget, but rather are received, handled, managed and allocated separately. Gifts and bequests provide much needed support for groups that do not receive budget funding.
