    English Estates is a school that believes in excellence and that all students can be successful!

    The parents, teachers, and staff in our school community are committed to providing a safe and educational environment while preparing all students to become responsible, lifelong learners.

    English Estates is continuing the successful leadership program, Leadership is Elementary. All students and staff learn the seven habits as described in Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey.

    The 7 Habits are 1) Be Proactive, 2) Begin with the End in Mind, 3) Put First Things First, 4) Think Win-Win, 5) Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood, 6) Synergize, 7) Sharpen the Saw.

    The habits emphasize personal responsibility and personal leadership, respect for others, and the most effective classroom practices. We include the habits in everything we do as a school where leadership is elementary!
