Position Summary:
ARC seeks a highly organized and collaborative team player to join our Business and Workforce Investment (BWI) team as a Program Analyst to manage a grant portfolio of workforce development grants which includes the full lifecycle (e.g., reviews applications, monitors progress, issues amendments, and closes grants) of federal grants management including pre-and post-award activities; apply workforce development subject matter expertise in the review and management of grants and projects; coordinate the review and approval of grant applications by soliciting expertise from internal staff and divisions; participate in and develop strategic partnerships with a variety of organizations, including philanthropies, private organizations, leading non-profit policy and development organizations and others; and periodically engage in structuring and providing review for relevant research in coordination with the Division of Research and Evaluation. This position reports to the Division Director and works closely with a Program Manager housed under the BWI team.
