Small Acres is a certified organic vegetable farm with a mission to provide nutritious, affordable food to the local community. Our goal is to create a highly efficient small-scale farm that minimizes impact on the environment. We are renewable-powered with solar, wind, and biodiesel. We’re passionate about nurturing the land, growing good food, and fostering a sense of community. We believe that a farm is more than just a place to grow food – it’s a place to grow connections. We collaborate with other farmers, share ideas, and learn from one another. We open our doors to the public, offering tours and educational opportunities. We host events that bring people together to celebrate the bounty of the earth and the joy of community. We sell our products through a local farmers market, CSA membership, and through contracts with the local food bank. We are located on the ancestral lands of the Nooksack Indian Tribe and donate annually to their food bank.
