Kelley Nonprofit Consulting (Kelley NPC) helps strengthen nonprofits to improve life in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Nonprofits and other entities hire Kelley NPC to explore their current programming and operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and then secure the funding and partnerships necessary to elevate their impact.

Kelley NPC was formed by the current owner, Kristin Monahan, in 2006. The launch of Kelley NPC marked Monahan’s shift from providing contract grant writing to offering a full suite of development services to help nonprofits grow and diversify their income, so they can focus on their missions.

For more than thirteen years, Kelley NPC has worked with nonprofits and community programs of varying sizes, ages, and stages of development. Kelley NPC’s clients are diverse in their missions, target audience, and programs. Client missions have focused on mental health, community and performing arts, substance abuse, workforce development and economic equity, high-needs youth, youth mentoring, and small business and enterprise development, as well as culturally-specific legacy organizations, municipalities, fire departments, and other community services.

Kelley NPC provides: strategic planning; grant writing; general donor development; budget planning; process, program, and outcome evaluation; identification of prospective funders; corporate sponsorship campaigning; capacity and capital project planning; event management; partnership and coalition planning; and board and organizational development.
