Working Fields is a mission-driven staffing agency that improves lives through employment. Job placements are just the beginning: each person hired through Working Fields is matched with a peer coach, who helps them set personal and professional goals, access community resources, and handle any challenges as they arise. Our employer partners receive ongoing support for onboarding, retention, and personnel management. This model helps communities address systemic barriers to employment – such as transportation, housing, convictions, or substance use disorder – by enabling people to show up for work as their best selves.
