Role Summary:

The Volunteer Recognition Leader is vital in creating a supportive and appreciative environment for our volunteers. This role is responsible for developing and implementing recognition programs that celebrate the contributions of volunteers involved in our disaster education efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage recognition programs and special appreciation events to honor the hard work and dedication of volunteers.
• Create innovative public acknowledgments such as awards, certificates, social media features, and personalized thank-you messages.
• Collaborate with the Communications Team to highlight volunteer achievements and promote recognition initiatives.
• Keep accurate records of volunteer contributions and recognition activities.
• Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to enhance recognition strategies continuously.
• Coordinate with other team leaders to align recognition programs with the overall goals of volunteer engagement and organizational objectives.
