Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and passionate Designer to join our team. As a Designer at Synapses, you will play a crucial role in visualizing our mission, crafting compelling narratives, and developing impactful designs that resonate with our diverse audience. Your work will span various mediums and platforms, contributing to our advocacy, educational, and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Storytelling: Create visually compelling graphics, infographics, and multimedia content that effectively communicate our mission and impact.
• Brand Development: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
• Campaign Design: Design eye-catching and persuasive materials for our advocacy campaigns, public awareness initiatives, and fundraising efforts.
• Digital Content: Develop engaging digital content for our website, social media channels, and email campaigns.
• Print Design: Produce high-quality print materials, including brochures, posters, reports, and event collateral.
• Innovation: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, challenging the status quo and pushing creative boundaries.

Qualifications:

• Skills: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
