    Job Title: UX/UI Designer, Team Lead 

    Reports to: Head of Product Design

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a UX/UI designer Team Lead. Your role would involve creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites, applications, and other digital platforms. You would be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that the design meets the organization's goals and the needs of its target audience. Your work would focus on enhancing the user experience, improving usability, and ultimately helping the non-profit achieve its mission more effectively through intuitive and engaging design.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leading a team of UX/UI designers to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards and overseeing the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring consistency and coherence across all digital platforms.
    • Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.
    • Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
    • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously improve the team's capabilities and deliver innovative solutions for the non-profit organization.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively lead and mentor a team of designers.
    • Expertise in UX/UI design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant software.
    • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites, applications, and other digital platforms.
    • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to solve design challenges.
    • Project management skills to effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple design projects.
    • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as graphic design, interaction design, or human-computer interaction is typically required, along with relevant work experience in UX/UI design.
