    Job Description: The DMV Music Alliance is looking for individuals to review and analyze the data infrastructure of our organization and implement solutions to store and manage data for our organization and our users.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing and maintaining the company database and technology systems.
    • Developing data integration processes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, troubleshooting and implementing data integration strategies to streamline any issues that processes and improve arise.
    • Managing technology platforms efficiency.
    • Ensuring data privacy and security compliance.
    • Developing systems and data integration strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Experience with working with different information management systems including Wordpress, lead generation tools and CRMs, marketing management tools
    • Communication and collaboration skills.
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify data-related challenges and propose effective solutions
    • Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices
