    Overview:


    As a Volunteer Outreach Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating awareness about kiss my paws dog rescue in the community. Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement outreach strategies to engage the community, promote our mission, and attract support for our rescue efforts.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement outreach strategies to raise awareness about our rescue organization in the community.
    •  Identify and collaborate with local businesses, community groups, and media outlets to promote our mission and events.
    • Organize and participate in community events, such as festivals, fairs, and fundraisers, to promote our rescue and attract support.
    • Create and distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, posters, and social media posts, to promote our rescue and events.
    • Maintain relationships with existing supporters and cultivate new partnerships to expand our reach in the community.
    • Collaborate with our marketing and communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding in all outreach efforts.
    • rack and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts to inform future strategies and initiatives.


    Qualifications: 

    • Must be at least 18 years old.
    •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of community outreach and engagement strategies.
    • Previous experience in outreach, marketing, or public relations is a plus but not required


    Time Commitment:

    •  Flexible, based on availability.
    • Some evening and weekend availability may be required, depending on outreach activities and events.
