Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to volunteer as a Data Organizer. This role is crucial for maintaining and structuring the data that drives our programs and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for order and efficiency and a desire to make a positive impact through meticulous data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and organize various data sets to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Input and update information within our databases, keeping records current and usable.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices for data organization.
• Assist in the development of an efficient filing system for both electronic and physical records.
• Ensure data confidentiality is maintained in accordance with our privacy policies.
• Provide support to staff members in retrieving and interpreting data as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with database software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to create logical filing systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
• Previous experience in data management or administration is a plus, but not required.
