    Volunteer Project Manager

    We are seeking an experienced and organized volunteer Project Manager to help lead the planning and execution of a life-changing swim retreat for Black women overcoming aquaphobia.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
    • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
    • Organize meetings, provide updates, and ensure clear communication across all teams.
    • Collaborate on fundraising and sponsor engagement activities.

    Requirements:

    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Passion for supporting Black women and promoting wellness and confidence in aquatic spaces.
