    Description

    • This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity.
    • Directors are expected to work at least 10 hours weekly and respond to emails within two days.
    • STW(tm) welcomes volunteers who are seeking skill-based volunteering opportunity. STW(tm) shall provide "letter of recommendation" professionals who demonstrate outstanding contribution for professional references.

    Position Summary:

    The Associate Director of Business Operations will oversee and enhance the organization's business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This role will focus on optimizing processes, managing key projects, leading a team to achieve operational excellence, and spearheading fundraising initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize business operations.
    • Oversee the execution of key business projects and initiatives.
    • Manage and mentor a team of business operations professionals.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational activities with organizational goals.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business processes and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Prepare and present operational reports and insights to senior leadership.
    • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support the organization's financial goals.
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and funding partners.
    • Prepare grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and fundraising materials.
    • Organize and manage fundraising events and campaigns.
    • Track and report on fundraising performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in operations management and process optimization.
    • Experience in developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
