    Nonprofit Marketing and Fundraising Program Manager

    As the Job Forum Fundraising marketing and communications Program Manager (volunteer), you will be responsible for digital, social, and marketing outreach efforts and for grant writing efforts for raising funds for a well- respected nonprofit organization in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will have the opportunity to build a program and learn new skills and demonstrate your capabilities.

    You will work with professionals in marketing, advertising, market research, and event planning who are expert in helping job hunters find jobs as part of the mission of The Job Forum. You will get training and develop skills and have the opportunity to lead and execute the programs for the organization, working with the leadership team.

    You will identify and reach out to targets in philanthropy, corporate foundations, community impact programs, foundations, and individuals to develop their connection and engagement with The Job Forum, gather their input and solicit donations to allow The Job Forum organization to continue to help job hunters.   

    You will research similar work and career nonprofit groups to identify their funders as potential targets.  You will develop a plan. You will work with our volunteer copywriter and video volunteer to create unique and impactful fundraising campaigns that will make a real difference for Job hunters and will build funds for the continuity of The Job Forum. The Job Forum is 71 years old, was started by an immigrant, and is an all volunteer organization.  The volunteers and volunteer leadership help job hunters find jobs and refer job hunters to companies and jobs where they can have satisfying careers.
