Position Overview:

As a Volunteer Social Media Assistant, you will work closely with our Social Media Manager to create engaging content, interact with our audience, and support various social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms such as Facebook,Instagram, and Tik-Tok
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor social media trends, news, and conversations related to our organization's mission and share relevant content.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop and implement social media campaigns and strategies.
• Help maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and promotion of key initiatives, events, and fundraisers.
• Contribute creative ideas for social media content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements.
• Assist in analyzing social media metrics and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and community management.
