    Description

    • Short-term volunteers. Join us for two weeks, and rotate between various areas throughout your stay, to share your existing skills and have the opportunity to learn new ones.
    • Long-term volunteers. There is often the option of extending your two-week stay, by lending us your special skills to help us finish specific projects. Please note that due to the number of short-term volunteers we host we have limited space for long-term stays.

The work includes assisting us with gardening, cooking, cleaning, farm work, and maintaining the house and grounds. We all work around 35 hours per week, with two days off. Be prepared for working outdoors in all kinds of weather, and keep in mind that the work is physically demanding.

Sensible footwear and a pair of work gloves are required.

Community members and volunteers eat meals together, provided by our vegetarian kitchen. Our gardens provide fresh fruit and vegetables. We can cater for some special diets, but are happiest when volunteers agree to consume the food we organically produce.

One of the Court’s outbuildings is dedicated to volunteer accommodation. It has three single rooms and two dorm rooms, a toilet, and a shower room.
