    Executive Director (Volunteer, Unpaid) - Aid-Equip US

    Location: Remote (US-based)

Our mission revolves around empowering individuals and communities by equipping them with the essential tools, skills, and knowledge necessary for sustainable self-improvement and success.

    Mission Statement: Aid-Equip US is committed to empowering individuals to break the cycle of dependency and achieve self-sufficiency. Through mentorship, education, and economic empowerment programs, we enable individuals to take ownership of their futures and build sustainable livelihoods for themselves and their communities.

    Position Overview: Aid-Equip US is seeking a passionate and dedicated Executive Director to lead our organization. This is a volunteer, unpaid position ideal for someone committed to making a difference in the lives of others. As a new organization, we need a visionary leader who can establish partnerships, help run the organization, and manage fundraising and donor relations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee department heads including marketing, fundraising, program development, and HR management.
    • Provide strategic guidance to department heads and lead efforts in setting annual revenue goals and community service standards.
    • Attend and possibly host fundraising events.
    • Participate in new program kickoffs.
    • Engage with reporters, donors, and other community members to promote the organization’s mission.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in proposal writing and program development.
    • Strong financial management skills.
    • Expertise in stakeholder engagement and project management.
    • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
