    Volunteers - People who want to give back to others!

    We are a 501c3, looking for Volunteers to assist with working towards our mission/objects, building our programs and making impact in the communities we serve. We are looking for retired therapist, psychiatrist, mental health professionals, students looking for hours, associates looking for hours towards their licensure and anyone who simply wants to give back to the communities where there is great need! People who have compassion for others.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assists with programs, events and activities organized by the Puppy Water Ent. Foundation to support the success of our patients, mentees and constituents.
    • Works cooperatively as a reliable team member to complete volunteer assignments.
    • Understands the ethical and legal responsibilities involved and maintains strict confidentiality regarding the privacy of student records, students and school personnel.
    • Understanding your role and responsibilities as well as the rules and safety regulations of the organization.
    • Completing the relevant training and asking questions if you are uncertain about anything.
    • Completing all duties assigned by the supervisor and reporting any issues immediately.
    • Observing the rules and safety regulations of the organization while carrying out tasks.
    • Arriving on time for duty and remaining professional in your interactions with all stakeholders.
    • Making recommendations for improvement where feasible and appropriate.
    • Delivering presentations or reports if necessary.
    • Communicating with the supervisor or relevant stakeholders when you are running late or unable to fulfill your duties.
    • Demonstrates the ability to communicate with pediatric, adolescent, young adult and geriatric

    patients and visitors. 


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Compassionate , some service experience necessary.


    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Must be able to work well with staff, patients, visitors,

    community leaders.Exercises creativity and attention to detail & maintains a positive attitude at all

    times.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    The desire and motivation to protect the town forest

    The initiative and flexibility to work independently

    Some plant management/removal projects may require a moderate amount of physical exertion to perform various tasks.
