Description
As the reference checker, you'd be an integral part of the pet adoption organization, doing follow up after interviews with references to make sure the adopter checks out.
You will be given a set list of questions to ask references. That's it! Each phone call takes less than 5 minutes, and adopters have 4 references, making this at most, 15-20 minutes of your time per each adopter. Typically this position will probably do reference checks on an average of 2-3 adopters per month, but that number may increase as we grow!
The ideal candidate would be comfortable speaking to others on the phone briefly.
