Grounds Coordinator

Monkton Wyld Court is seeking a coordinator to help maintain and manage the grounds. This position comes with accommodation, all meals, and monthly wage.

Hours are 9-5pm, 5 days a week with 2 days off.

Duties Include:

· Manage firewood supply

· Investigate alternative and sustainable energy supplies and sources

· Work with volunteers and be able to prioritise, delegate, explain and oversee jobs as necessary

· Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to

· Maintain and improve the grounds and flower borders of the estate including keeping shrubs and trees in check and pruning as necessary

· Manage woodland

· Mowing of lawns and grassed areas

· Making sure all paths are walkable and accessible

· Manage and care for all tools and implements

· Carry out other necessary duties and cover other roles as required from time to time and participate in shared community tasks
