Access Navigation is looking for a part-time Assistant Clinical Director and 3 Access Navigators to join our growing team. We're a dynamic organization committed to transforming the way mental health services are delivered. We're seeking like-minded individuals who share our passion for providing accessible, high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and implement innovative treatment programs
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment

Qualifications:

• Current license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Passion for improving mental healthcare access and delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
