Employment is an import part of resettlement and integration for our new refugee neighbors. As a Job Readiness Mentor, you have a series of practical tasks including getting a state ID, learning how to take the bus, opening a bank account, and learning about budgeting. You also have the important role of building the new neighbor's confidence and skills so they can thrive.
Volunteer opportunity requires an orientation and onboarding process including background checks. If you are interested, please fill out our volunteer application, linked to the volunteer button, and our Community Engagement Facilitator will follow up with next steps.
