Position Summary:

The Program Idea Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of disaster management initiatives at Precious Pairs. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing innovative program ideas from inception through to execution. The ideal candidate will have a keen sense of innovation, a deep understanding of disaster management, and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable, impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate, develop, and manage innovative program concepts that align with the organization's mission and enhance its disaster management capabilities.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify emerging trends, gaps, and opportunities in disaster management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, operations, and community outreach, to develop comprehensive program strategies.
• Lead the program design process, ensuring that all programs are feasible, sustainable, and aligned with the organization's goals and community needs.
