I’m so excited to be back after a little summer hiatus, bringing you all the great resources and some fun new features, too. This September issue has me feeling all kinds of back-to-school excited, so let’s jump in.

Even if you’re not headed back to the classroom this month, you may be headed back to the interview table. While there are still plenty of hybrid and remote roles out there, some interviewers are now offering an in-person interview option. If you’re headed to an interview sometime soon, you’ll want to be sure to work on that elevator pitch and get comfortable presenting yourself in person. 

Feeling a little interview anxiety? I can relate! I recently presented during a webinar with 1,000+ attendees. Lucky for me, only the panelists had cameras on so it felt like a conversation among colleagues. However, had all those cameras been on, you better believe I would have had to manage some pre-webinar anxiety! If you’re feeling some jitters about getting back into the in-person game, try these three tips to calm your pre-interview nerves..
