Mirkin Solutions exists to solve critical issues facing our clients. We know that to operate a small company, leaders are forced to learn about human resources, payroll, and operations and that takes them away from growing their business. These administrative functions take a huge amount of time and takes away valuable people resources. Our goal is to provide these services at a fraction of the cost as opposed to in-house staff and to provide organizations with experienced professionals so they can focus on what's important - their business. We provide ongoing services (i.e., employee support and engagement, policy management, payroll outsourcing, talent acquisition, etc.) to specific project management (i.e., benefits management, performance management, employee handbooks, audits, etc.) or a combination to meet your needs.
