Our mission is finding highly qualified executives who thrive in Catholic culture. Catholic Recruiter Associates grew out of the lineage of an executive search firm, P.J. Lynch Associates, founded nearly thirty years ago.
Seeing a need for highly qualified lay people to fill the positions previously held by religious was the inspiration for establishing a Catholic dedicated component of our company. We are quickly becoming the leading Catholic Executive Search Firm.
When we developed this division, thirteen years ago, we quickly came to understand that working for our Church clients demanded a different filter when looking at our candidate base.
