    The mission of the York County CASA Program is to advocate for what is in the best interest of abused and neglected children. CASA volunteers are screened, trained, and guided to help these vulnerable children. Advocates gather facts and report those to the court as well as make recommendations. Their focus is to ensure safety, permanency and stability for children.
