Resurgo

Resurgo is a social transformation charity, seeking to connect, envision, train and support people to ‘transform society together’ through high impact and scalable enterprises.

Resurgo works with businesses, charities, churches and individuals to cultivate change. We’re a Christian organisation working with all, irrespective of faith, to achieve our shared vision that if we each step up to play our part, society can be transformed and will flourish. Our flagship initiative, the Spear Programme, works with disadvantaged 16-24-year-olds to help them overcome the barriers they face and succeed in long-term employment.

In 2016, we were proud to be ranked as one of the Best UK Workplaces in the Great Place to Work Awards. In 2017 we were awarded the Princess Royal Training Award, honouring outstanding internal training. We prioritise investing in and developing our staff as much as the organisations and young people that we work with.
