    At Congregations Organizing for Renewal (COR) our mission is to transform our communities by developing leaders who are inspired by faith, driven by justice, and empowered by relationship. We believe that by coming together, ordinary people, as primary stakeholders in their communities, can bring about lasting institutional change to improve the conditions in their communities and the quality of life for their families. Through thirteen member congregations representing 25,000 families COR has provided a vehicle for people to create systemic change in local issues such as affordable housing, economic dignity, immigration, opportunities for youth, and public education.
