    Georgia Cares is a statewide initiative of the Governor's Office for Children and Families established to identify and serve victims of Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking (DMST)/Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC). Georgia Cares is the single point of entry in Georgia for youth under 18 years old who are victims of Domestic DMST/CSEC. Georgia Cares identifies, screens, and connects those DMST/CSEC youth to appropriate and specific services. In July 2013, Georgia Cares obtained 501(c)(3) status allowing for additional opportunities and accessibilities for furthering the impact of the office. Georgia Cares is located near Cumberland Parkway.
