Academic Engagement Network

AEN’s mission is to create a vibrant, diverse, and effective network of university and college faculty who respond to campus challenges, develop innovative educational programming, mentor students, and advise university leaders on strategy and tactics while urging them to take action to address the deteriorating campus climate for Jews. The network also benefits Jewish, Zionist, and pro-Israel faculty facing their own set of unique issues such as hostile department chairs and colleagues, the potential lack of career advancement, and the absence of balanced curricula and scholarship. By being active in the network and participating in AEN’s many activities and programs, faculty members gain the confidence they need to become effective change agents on their campuses and within their professional associations. AEN currently has more than 800 members on over 250 university and college campuses nationwide.
