To facilitate and strengthen management of NGOs and local governance institutions and thereby consolidate developmental efforts through multiple support interventions like training, research, publications, networking and coalition building, to enhance their capacity to bring about the empowerment of marginalized people, especially women, for sustainable development; to contribute to this end directly and indirectly through collaborative efforts with NGOs, local governance institutions and others who share this mission.
SEARCH undertakes consultancy services to NGOs and governments on development management and training.
It carried out evaluation studies and research into development program impact in third world.
It offers consultancy support to donor agencies in Europe and US.
