Partnership for Good Health

  • About Us

Partnership for Good Health is on a mission to improve health equity for refugees, immigrants, and migrants by developing a workforce of community health workers (CHW) that will eliminate cultural and language barriers to healthcare. We feel that CHWs are essential public health workers who are trusted members of the community they serve and are passionate about social justice and supporting their communities. This trusting relationship enables CHWs to serve as a connector between the community and health/social services to facilitate access to services and improve the quality and cultural humility of service delivery. We are based in Cleveland, Ohio and serve Cuyahoga County.
